Required profile

• Board‑certified Family Physician or General Practitioner.
• Commitment to delivering patient‑centred care in a team‑based setting.
• Interest in working within a low‑overhead, technology‑driven practice model.
• Willingness to engage in continuous improvement and collaborative problem‑solving.
