Family & General Practitioner – New Clinic in Aldergrove

About the role

We are a brand‑new clinic with an attached pharmacy in Aldergrove, looking for a Family Practitioner/General Practitioner to join a dynamic team of 12 young physicians. You will have the flexibility to build your own practice or provide walk‑in clinic hours at a pace that fits your schedule, with the option to work virtually.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient care and part‑time inpatient care for the community.
• Participate in the After Hours Coverage Program to ensure continuous patient support.
• Utilize clinic EMR systems (Oscar, Juno) for accurate documentation and billing.
• Collaborate with Medical Office Assistants and other staff to maintain an efficient workflow.
• Offer virtual consultations using the Cortico platform and AI tools when appropriate.

Required profile

• Board‑certified Family Medicine or General Practice physician.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality, cost‑effective patient care.
• Ability to work both onsite and remotely, adapting to a flexible schedule.
• Willingness to engage in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Oscar EMR.
• Proficiency with Juno EMR.
• Experience using the Cortico virtual care platform.
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted clinical tools.
