Architect – Design & Project Management

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Architect to lead design and project management activities within our architectural firm. The role involves creating sustainable building solutions, coordinating technical teams, and ensuring projects meet budget, regulatory and environmental requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Adjust designs to align with budget constraints, material costs and regulatory limits.
• Consult with clients to define the style, purpose and scope of renovations or new constructions.
• Generate detailed building plans and drawings for contractors and tradespersons.
• Manage coordination and integration of technical activities across architecture and engineering projects.
• Supervise preparation of specifications, construction documents and tender processes.
• Conduct feasibility studies, financial analyses and environmental impact assessments.
• Oversee construction site activities, ensuring compliance with specifications and safety standards.
• Develop interior design concepts and space‑planning solutions.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
• Strong client focus with excellent written communication.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and maintain attention to detail.
• Organised, judgement‑driven team player comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
