About the role
Fastenal Canada is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to support daily operations at its St. Thomas location. The role involves handling incoming and outgoing materials, maintaining a clean work environment, and ensuring accurate documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and maintain the office, supply area, and warehouse.
- Receive, unpack, sort, and verify incoming parts, supplies, and materials against invoices.
- Prepare bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documents.
- Pack goods for shipment and coordinate delivery or pickup of parts and equipment.
- Update inventory records in the control system.
- Inspect outgoing shipments for accuracy and compliance.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle items up to 23 kg.
- Valid driver’s licence and clean driving record.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team.
- Flexible and proactive attitude toward tasks.
