Vice President, Operations

About the role

This senior leadership position drives the global operations strategy for a fast‑scaling organization focused on science‑driven nutrition innovation. Reporting to the senior leadership team, you will shape manufacturing, supply chain, quality and engineering functions across an international footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a global operations strategy aligned with growth, scalability, cost efficiency and quality objectives.
• Lead external manufacturing partnerships, negotiate contracts and performance frameworks with CMOs.
• Ensure supply continuity, operational reliability and quality excellence across global networks.
• Drive development and expansion of internal and external manufacturing capabilities, including greenfield and brownfield projects.
• Oversee end‑to‑end supply chain operations to achieve efficiency, resilience and sustainability.
• Direct engineering functions supporting capacity expansion, process optimization and technical innovation.
• Build and develop a high‑performing global operations organization with measurable outcomes.
• Mentor future operational leaders and support strategic investments such as M&A integration.

Required profile

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, manufacturing and supply chain.
• Proven track record in regulated environments such as biotech, nutraceuticals, food manufacturing or chemicals.
• Demonstrated success managing complex global manufacturing networks and external partnerships.
