About the role
Brandt is looking for a Vice President of Sales to drive sales strategy, market growth, and team performance across its Compact Construction Equipment, Underground, Tree Care, and Utility Trailer divisions. This senior leader will align regional execution with the company’s long‑term business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead regional sales growth, profitability, and market‑share performance.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans and forecasting initiatives.
- Recruit, mentor, and manage high‑performing sales leaders and teams.
- Support inventory planning, asset management, and pricing strategies.
- Strengthen relationships with customers, suppliers, and industry partners.
- Assist with major account development and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on budgeting, planning, and operational goals.
- Represent Brandt at industry events throughout the assigned territory.
Required profile
- Proven executive sales leadership experience in equipment, construction, industrial, or related industries.
- Strong track record of growing sales, profitability, and market share.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship‑building abilities.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to drive operational execution.
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned region.
