Team Member – Food Service (Full‑time/Part‑time)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and friendly Team Member to join our fast‑paced food service team. You will deliver excellent customer service, prepare menu items, handle transactions, and keep the work environment clean and safe.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards and safety guidelines.
• Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling.
• Greet customers, take orders, and serve food efficiently.
• Manage cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving change.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment.
• Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and sales.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
• Support teammates during busy periods by multitasking and prioritising tasks.

Required profile

• Strong time‑management skills to handle multiple tasks during peak hours.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards.
• Excellent customer‑service attitude and effective communication.

Required skills

• Experience with Micros POS or similar point‑of‑sale systems.
