Talent Advisor II (Contractor)

About the role

GM Financial is seeking a Talent Advisor II on a contract basis to partner with recruiting leadership, HR partners, and hiring managers. You will drive full‑life‑cycle recruiting, develop sourcing strategies, and build a robust talent pipeline to meet the company’s hiring needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for internal and external candidates, from requisition to offer.
• Design and execute comprehensive sourcing plans using multiple channels.
• Identify, engage, and assess both active and passive talent.
• Maintain recruitment metrics for quality, cost, cycle time, diversity, and compliance.
• Negotiate and extend employment offers, ensuring a smooth pre‑employment process.

Required profile

• Advanced knowledge of HR policies, pre‑employment procedures, and governmental employment laws.
• Strong understanding of hiring manager expectations and recruitment best practices.
• Experience with technology solutions that support the hiring process.
• Familiarity with anti‑discrimination laws, screening requirements, and interview techniques.
