Talent Acquisition Business Partner – Infrastructure Projects

About the role

This is a fast‑paced, high‑volume recruitment position supporting large‑scale civil and infrastructure projects across the Greater Toronto Area and Hamilton region. The role is hybrid, with three days per week in a modern GTA corporate office and occasional travel to project sites.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for technical, construction, and infrastructure positions.
• Build and maintain sourcing pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, referrals, and networking.
• Partner with hiring managers and project leaders on workforce planning and project ramp‑ups.
• Conduct screening, interviews, negotiate offers, and coordinate onboarding.
• Support multiple concurrent high‑volume hiring initiatives.
• Provide market insights, hiring strategy recommendations, and regular recruitment updates to leadership.
• Drive process improvements and contribute to talent branding initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑cycle recruitment experience.
• Proven success in high‑volume recruitment environments.
• Experience recruiting within construction, infrastructure, engineering, or related sectors (preferred).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑moving environment.
