System and Network Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a System and Network Administrator to oversee and maintain the IT infrastructure of a leading property industry organization. The role involves managing both virtual and physical server environments, ensuring network reliability, and supporting core internal applications.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, support, and maintain virtual and physical servers.
• Manage network connectivity across switches, routers, firewalls, Wi‑Fi, WAN, LAN, and Internet.
• Scale and support storage solutions, including SAN and NAS, with planning for data growth.
• Maintain directory services, email platforms, and core internal applications and servers.
• Monitor system capacity, performance, availability, and security.
• Manage security tools and appliances, reviewing logs for system and network health.
• Troubleshoot incidents via the ticketing system, ensuring proper logging, tracking, and resolution.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of networking (WAN, LAN, VPN, routing, switches, firewalls) with experience on MikroTik, HP, Cisco, WatchGuard, and UniFi.
• Hands‑on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, EMM platforms, VMware virtualization, and Linux.
• Ability to manage projects, take ownership, and turn plans into action.
