Strategy Consultant – Health

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Strategy Consultant with a strong background in the Canadian health system to help public and private health organisations transform their business, operations, and care models. You will work closely with senior leadership to design and implement strategies that improve health access, outcomes, and patient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery of projects for provincial health systems, hospitals, health‑tech firms and other care providers.
• Develop practical road‑maps for strategy execution, change management and value delivery.
• Provide quantitative analysis, research and insight generation to inform recommendations.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients and Accenture leaders to position the firm as a trusted advisor.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• 3+ years of strategy consulting experience, preferably within health or life‑sciences.
• 2+ years working at the intersection of business and technology in health organisations.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, structure complex problems and guide senior leaders through change.
• Strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills and a collaborative team orientation.

Required skills

• Practical knowledge of analytics and digital technologies.
• Understanding of operating models and digital disruption in health settings.
• Experience with quantitative analysis and research methods.
