Strategy Consultant – AI Training & Evaluation

About the role

We are building a Management Consulting domain that translates real-world consulting engagements into structured learning environments for advanced AI systems. As a Strategy Consultant you will help design realistic consulting scenarios and evaluation frameworks that enable AI to learn high‑level business reasoning.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed project scenarios that reflect real consulting dynamics, including industry context, financials, constraints, and incomplete information.
• Design structured consulting tasks for AI agents such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, operational diagnosis, and benchmarking.
• Develop grading frameworks, evaluation rubrics, and golden‑answer solutions to train and calibrate an LLM‑based grading system.
• Produce client‑ready deliverables and recommendations under time pressure.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at a top‑tier firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, Strategy&).
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems, build financial models or market analyses, and synthesize findings.
• Experience delivering client‑ready recommendations and defending them under uncertainty.
