Store Manager

About the role

The Store Manager will lead daily operations of MedNation’s retail location in Oakville, Ontario. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales and maintaining high standards of safety and quality in the healthcare product environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Lead, coach, and schedule a team to achieve sales targets and high customer satisfaction.
• Implement and monitor loss‑prevention measures and store security protocols.
• Manage inventory levels using point‑of‑sale and inventory management systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health‑care regulations, and visual merchandising standards.
• Analyze sales data and prepare reports to align store performance with corporate goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in store management with a focus on team leadership and sales growth.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Organizational and problem‑solving abilities to handle daily operational challenges.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in the healthcare or retail sector is a plus.
