Store Crew – Retail Sales Associate

About the role

Join the 7‑Eleven store team as a Store Crew member. This entry‑level position involves cash handling, fuel transactions, cleaning, stocking, and, for some locations, food preparation and coffee service. You will work directly with customers to deliver a fast, friendly, and safe shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Process cash and electronic payments accurately.
• Handle fuel pump transactions where applicable.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
• Stock shelves and replenish merchandise.
• Prepare food items and coffee following safety standards.
• Promote the loyalty rewards program.
• Provide courteous customer service on every visit.

Required profile

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Commitment to a clean, safe, and customer‑ready store.
• Ability to multitask, stand for long periods, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lb.
• Willingness to follow health‑code and safety guidelines.

Required skills

• Cash handling and point‑of‑sale operation.
• Fuel transaction processing (where applicable).
• Basic food preparation and presentation.
• Customer service fundamentals.
