Staff Product Designer

About the role

We are looking for a versatile Staff Product Designer to help reshape how modern software is designed. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and founders, taking ownership of design strategy, execution, and design system stewardship.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end product design for new features and existing experiences.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define problems, propose solutions, and iterate quickly.
• Own and evolve the design system, ensuring consistency across the platform.
• Act as a design consultant for the broader product team, enabling others to make better design decisions.
• Provide project updates, manage resources, and occasionally step into product‑management responsibilities.

Required profile

• Ability to operate autonomously in a low‑meeting, high‑autonomy environment.
• Strong communication skills to influence cross‑functional teams.
