Staff Pharmacist – Retail Pharmacy

About the role

Rexall is seeking a licensed Staff Pharmacist to join its retail pharmacy team in Canada. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality patient care, providing medication counseling, and ensuring smooth pharmacy operations in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and manage over‑the‑counter product sales.
• Provide clinical services and medication counseling to patients, addressing drug interactions and proper usage.
• Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper storage of pharmaceuticals.
• Uphold compliance with provincial pharmacy regulations and Rexall corporate policies.
• Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and other staff to deliver excellent customer service.

Required profile

• Current licence to practice as a Pharmacist in the relevant Canadian province.
• Strong clinical knowledge and effective communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑moving team.
