Sr. Talent Development Partner

About the role

The Sr. Talent Development Partner will lead strategic talent development programs for assigned business functions. Working closely with HR partners and senior leaders, you will design and deliver multi‑modal learning solutions that drive performance and support the company’s objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with HR Business Partners and senior leaders to assess learning needs, conduct skills assessments and recommend solutions.
• Design, develop and maintain eLearning courses, virtual instructor‑led sessions, performance support tools and other educational materials aligned with business goals and software release cycles.
• Manage end‑to‑end instructional design projects, ensuring scope, quality and timelines are met, and lead larger projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Plan and execute custom off‑site workshops and learning events to support team building, strategic planning and leadership development.
• Monitor learning metrics, gather feedback and continuously improve curriculum and delivery methods.

• Strong multi‑tasking, priority‑setting, risk management and project planning skills.
• Ability to apply a holistic view to performance problems, identify root causes and recommend learning solutions.
