Specialist, Designated Sales Associate

About the role

The Specialist, Designated Sales Associate (DSA) at Holt Renfrew builds lasting relationships with luxury customers, driving sales and brand loyalty. Reporting to store management, the DSA is accountable for meeting personal and brand sales targets while delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary service to all customers and exceed personal sales and service goals.
• Develop and retain a loyal client base through proactive outreach and personalized communication.
• Share expert product knowledge with the selling team and maintain strong relationships with buyers, vendors, and managers.
• Identify marketing opportunities, execute events, and recommend assortments to boost brand performance.
• Attend product knowledge and vendor seminars, and support visual merchandising, floor recovery, and price changes.
• Resolve customer service issues and ensure compliance with health, safety, privacy, and cyber‑security policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma.
• Minimum two years of experience in a commission‑based sales environment, preferably in luxury retail.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Highly collaborative, self‑motivated, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced setting.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Fully bilingual in French and English.
