About the role
At Atmana Wellness & Spa we are looking for a proactive Spa Manager to oversee daily operations of our Toronto location. The role involves ensuring high service standards, managing staff, and maintaining a welcoming environment for our guests.
Key responsibilities
- Direct, control, evaluate, and organize daily spa operations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for staff.
- Plan and manage budget, inventory, and advertising contracts.
- Hire, train, and supervise a team of 11‑15 employees.
- Address customer complaints and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Monitor staff performance and provide coaching.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain inventory of spa products and supplies.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of experience managing a spa or similar hospitality setting.
- College‑level certificate or diploma (1‑2 year program).
- Strong organizational and budgeting skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, and days.
