Solaris Analyst – Infrastructure Operations

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Analyst to join our technology operations team. The role focuses on maintaining and improving our Solaris‑based platform while supporting a wide range of internal users and collaborating on Linux initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Execute day‑to‑day operational activities for the technology platform.
• Provide support to technology consumers and end‑users.
• Maintain automated Solaris environment management services using Ansible.
• Ensure high availability and reliability of critical services.
• Participate in updates and upgrades of the technology ecosystem.
• Assist with team upskilling and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate on cross‑platform initiatives involving Linux environments.

Required profile

• At least 7 years of experience as a Solaris administrator.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in complex and ambiguous environments.

Required skills

• Solaris administration.
• Automation with Ansible.
• Linux server administration.
• Knowledge of VMware, storage and backup solutions.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure‑as‑Code concepts.
