Software Engineer – Product Features

About the role

Jetson is building the first fully vertically integrated home electrification company, connecting software to real‑world devices such as thermostats, heat pumps and EV chargers. As a Software Engineer on the Products team you will own the development of user‑facing features that directly impact how homes consume energy.

Key responsibilities

• End‑to‑end ownership of product features (thermostat control, schedules, energy optimization, air quality tracking) from concept through production.
• Develop across the stack – mobile (React Native or native iOS/Android) and backend services.
• Design APIs and system interfaces between mobile apps, backend services, and IoT devices.
• Implement rigorous engineering practices: automated tests, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines.
• Participate in on‑call rotation to diagnose and resolve production issues affecting customers' homes.

Required skills
