About the role

Prolex Media is seeking a Social Media & Content Manager to support clients in regulated, relationship‑driven sectors such as property management, real estate development, wealth planning, insurance, and non‑profits. You will translate high‑stakes financial and lifestyle decisions into human, trustworthy content while maintaining brand authority.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with each client’s goals and brand voice.
• Create, schedule, and optimize posts for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, including scripts and shot lists for videos and walkthroughs.
• Curate and manage published content, engage audiences, and foster professional communities.
• Monitor performance, generate accurate analytics, and adjust strategies based on data and trends.
• Stay current on platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices for professional‑service audiences.
• Provide social customer service and on‑site support during shoots to ensure polished content capture.
