Social Content Manager

About the role

We are seeking a creative and community‑driven Social Content Manager to lead digital experiences across high‑visibility platforms such as Instagram, Discord, Reddit and Telegram. The role is fully remote and focuses on publishing, community engagement and platform‑specific storytelling while maintaining a consistent brand voice.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day content publishing and community interaction on Discord, Reddit, Telegram, Instagram and related channels.
• Create, adapt and optimise content to fit each platform’s tone, audience expectations and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal strategy and creative teams to ensure timely delivery of approved campaigns.
• Monitor community conversations, emerging trends and engagement opportunities, escalating insights as needed.
• Track and analyse performance metrics, using data‑driven insights to improve future content strategies.
• Participate in client meetings, provide platform expertise and recommend actions to grow communities.
• Ensure compliance with visual guidelines, publishing standards and brand consistency.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in social media management, community engagement or digital content strategy.
• Hands‑on experience managing brand or client communities on Discord, Reddit, Telegram and Instagram.
• Strong understanding of online community dynamics and platform‑specific content best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
• Organised, able to juggle multiple projects in a fast‑paced remote environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Hootsuite, Sprinklr, Khoros, Canva, Adobe Express or CapCut.
