Senior Project Manager

About the role

PSI, a leading Contract Research Organization with over 30 years of experience, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead medium‑ to large‑scale global clinical projects. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality project outcomes on time and within budget while supporting the company’s commitment to innovation and client service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage medium‑sized (5‑15 countries) and large (>15 countries) full‑service projects, ensuring deliverables meet predefined quality standards.
• Lead project teams, supervise small‑scale projects, and act as the primary escalation point for customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Train, mentor, and coach Regional Project Leads and Project Managers.
• Participate in feasibility research and support business development activities such as proposal creation, client presentations, and bid defenses.
• Implement company standard practices and ensure compliance with internal procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in clinical research.
• At least 4 years of global, project‑level clinical project management experience covering all project phases.
• Proven experience managing global projects and vendor relationships.
• Preferred experience in Gastroenterology; Oncology and radiopharmaceutical experience are a plus.
