Senior Project Manager – Individual Wealth Technology

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large‑scale, high‑risk technology projects for our Individual Wealth division in Toronto. The role is a two‑year fixed‑term position with the possibility of conversion to a permanent role for candidates interested in long‑term employment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex technology projects from charter through production, partnering with business and technology leaders, cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project charters, integrated plans, budgets, resource forecasts and schedules, applying advanced estimation models.
• Manage project finances, providing accurate forecasts, capitalization, amortization and expense analysis.
• Coach and mentor junior Project Managers, promote best‑practice adoption and continuous improvement.
• Perform advanced qualitative and quantitative risk analysis, define mitigation strategies and monitor variances.
• Ensure compliance with governance, corporate risk standards and organizational policies throughout the lifecycle.
• Drive change initiatives, implement process improvements and conduct post‑implementation reviews.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Project Manager in a technology delivery environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing large, complex, high‑risk projects.
• Strong knowledge of Individual Wealth policy administration systems, illustration tools and new‑business onboarding processes.
• Experience delivering technology projects and strategy/governance initiatives.
• Interest in converting to a permanent role after the contract.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Agile project management methodologies.
