Senior Project Manager – Global Asset Management

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead complex initiatives across business, technology, and operations within our Global Asset Management division. You will be involved from concept to delivery, ensuring projects generate measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Provide project leadership through stakeholder management, team coordination, and decision‑making in ambiguous environments.
• Establish and maintain project routines, KPIs, status reporting, and compliance requirements.
• Manage schedules using tools such as project plans and status reports to align tasks, milestones, and deliverables.
• Oversee financial aspects, including cost estimation, budgeting, forecasting, and benefits tracking.
• Act as the bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring shared language and goals.
• Deliver end‑to‑end waterfall projects within an Agile environment, collaborating with Agile squads.
• Drive organizational change management to support project outcomes across impacted teams.

Required profile

• 10+ years of project and program management experience delivering medium‑to‑large, multi‑vendor projects in matrixed, geographically diverse settings.
• Strong understanding of asset‑management operations or a proven ability to acquire this knowledge quickly.
• Hands‑on expertise with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies and related tools.
• Excellent executive‑level communication skills, including presentations and status reporting.
