Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations

About the role

Tuhk is looking for a senior operator to amplify the output of its product and engineering teams. Reporting directly to the Chief Technology and Product Officer (CTPO), you will translate strategic intent into concrete, shipped work while maintaining a high standard of execution.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the cadence that keeps the product roadmap honest and on track.
• Produce and maintain the artifacts (plans, dashboards, status reports) that move work forward.
• Act as the trusted operator for senior leaders, ensuring that delegated work is completed efficiently and at a high quality.
• Collaborate closely with product and platform leads to align execution with strategic goals.
• Provide high‑visibility support across the organization, leveraging insights to drive operational excellence.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior operator or manager in a fast‑moving product or engineering environment.
• Strong ability to turn strategic direction into actionable deliverables.
• Excellent ownership mindset with a track record of delivering high‑impact results.
• Comfortable working in a remote, fully distributed team.
