SAP PP/QM Lead

About the role

Accenture is seeking an experienced SAP PP/QM Lead to drive large‑scale transformation programs for manufacturing clients. You will combine deep SAP expertise with a strategic mindset to deliver end‑to‑end solutions on SAP S/4HANA.

Key responsibilities

• Lead global SAP PP and QM transformation projects, ensuring process standardisation across plants and regions.
• Define strategic objectives, create actionable plans and oversee delivery of SAP S/4HANA manufacturing solutions.
• Collaborate with senior client and Accenture leadership to negotiate scope, timelines and business outcomes.
• Design and govern integration of PP/QM with related modules (MM, WM/EWM, PM, SD, Finance) and shop‑floor/MES systems.
• Develop comprehensive reports and deliver presentations to stakeholders at all levels.
• Ensure solution architecture follows SAP best practices, Clean Core principles and Accenture standards.
• Manage large, multi‑disciplinary teams and coordinate on‑site client engagements.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading SAP PP/QM implementations on S/4HANA in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with senior executives.
• Willingness to travel regularly to client sites.
• Demonstrated leadership of large, global project teams.
