About the role

Insight Global is partnering with a leading financial institution in Toronto to find an experienced ThoughtSpot Consultant on a 6‑month contract (with possible extensions up to two years). The consultant will lead the adoption of ThoughtSpot, support migration from on‑premises to cloud environments, and work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality analytics solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and administer ThoughtSpot solutions, ensuring optimal performance and user adoption.
• Drive the migration of existing BI platforms to cloud‑based environments.
• Design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines, data preparation workflows, and data models.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable analytics solutions.
• Document processes, create project plans, and provide status updates to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in data analytics and business intelligence.
• Hands‑on experience with ThoughtSpot implementation and administration.
• Proven track record managing platform migrations in large, regulated enterprises.
• Strong understanding of ETL, data preparation, and data modeling concepts.
