SAP Data Conversion Analyst (Senior)

About the role

We are looking for a senior SAP Data Conversion Analyst to support SAP S/4HANA data migration and conversion activities within our Advanced Technology Centers. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work within a structured delivery team while adhering to security, quality, and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute SAP S/4HANA data migration and conversion tasks under the guidance of the Data Conversion Lead.
• Support data activities across end‑to‑end processes such as Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Acquire to Retire, Design to Sustain, and Issue to Complete.
• Assist with legacy data analysis, cleansing, transformation, and load preparation.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and defect remediation.
• Support mock conversions, test cycles, and cut‑over preparation activities.
• Collaborate with SAP functional teams, developers, and testing resources.
• Adhere to established data migration standards, security requirements, and delivery timelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent college program in a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience supporting SAP data migration or conversion, preferably in S/4HANA environments.
• Experience with loading or ETL tools such as Migration Cockpit, LTMC, Syniti ADMM, or BODS.
• Experience working in cross‑functional ERP data teams.
• Canadian Secret Clearance or eligibility to obtain one.
• Fluent English for collaboration with multinational teams.
