About the role
Figment is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to own and optimize its Salesforce CRM. In this high‑visibility position you will bridge Sales, Finance and Data Science, ensuring accurate pipeline reporting and reliable data across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Own and maintain Salesforce, including custom objects, reports, dashboards and data management.
- Lead rationalisation of the Salesforce instance by removing redundant fields, dead reports and unused objects.
- Drive CRM data hygiene and governance through standardisation, deduplication and quality controls.
- Build self‑serve pipeline reporting and dashboards for leadership.
- Partner with Sales, FP&A and Data Science to close gaps in pipeline management and forecasting accuracy.
- Leverage Claude and other AI tools to surface data gaps, automate reporting workflows and enhance CRM insights.
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations within a fast‑growing tech company.
- Hands‑on Salesforce administration experience, including custom objects, reporting, dashboards and data management.
- Proven track record of optimizing or rationalising a Salesforce instance and owning CRM governance end‑to‑end.
- Strong understanding of pipeline reporting, sales metrics and revenue forecasting.
- Excellent async communication skills in a remote‑first environment.
