About the role

The Showroom Sales Representative will showcase TSDC’s product line to both B2C and B2B customers, providing interior space solutions for residential and commercial projects. The role focuses on generating and qualifying leads, building relationships, and driving revenue through showroom and on‑site visits.

Key responsibilities

  • Master product details and applications to advise clients effectively.
  • Follow up on leads promptly, scheduling showroom or in‑home appointments.
  • Assist walk‑in visitors and inbound calls, providing accurate information.
  • Maintain a high level of account management and systematic follow‑ups.
  • Build and sustain a current pipeline of prospects, targeting architects, designers, office dealers, contractors and developers.
  • Participate in industry events, tradeshows and association activities (e.g., ASID, IIDA).
  • Plan and host showroom tours and events to generate sales.
  • Update the Relationship Management system with new contacts and track lead activity.
  • Achieve monthly revenue targets through disciplined daily actions.

Required profile

  • 3‑5 years of successful sales experience.
  • Strong research, communication, interpersonal and organizational abilities.
  • Solid mathematical and measurement skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM and prospecting tools.
  • Ability to develop new business through cold calling and networking.
  • Outgoing, professional and self‑motivated attitude.
  • Familiarity with commercial space plans and drawings is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • High school diploma; associate degree preferred; BA in Interior Design a plus.
