Key responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly smile, assist them throughout their shopping journey and ensure a positive experience.
• Perform cashier duties, operate the point‑of‑sale system, and handle transactions accurately.
• Support fitting‑room operations and maintain a tidy, inviting sales floor.
• Assist in back‑room tasks such as stock replenishment, merchandise organization, and store cleanliness.
• Participate in training and development programs to build retail skills and product knowledge.
