Retail Store Associate

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Store Associate to join our retail team. In this role you will support daily store operations, ensure merchandise is properly received and displayed, and provide friendly service to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Packing and unpacking daily pallets of merchandise.
• Boxing and unboxing shipments.
• Stocking products on shelves and ensuring correct placement.
• Lifting boxes and climbing ladders to reach all store areas.
• Providing customer service and assisting shoppers.
• Maintaining store cleanliness and organization.
• Processing checkout transactions and supervising self‑service checkouts.

Required profile

• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Comfortable in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
• Customer‑service oriented attitude.
