About the role
Deel is seeking an Account Executive to drive growth of its IT product suite across mid‑market customers in North America. You will be responsible for acquiring new logos and expanding existing relationships, helping companies manage and provision device fleets for their remote workforce.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and prospect mid‑market accounts (200‑2,000 employees) for Deel IT solutions.
- Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract negotiation and close.
- Build strong relationships with key decision‑makers and navigate complex commercial deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor proposals and ensure successful implementation.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly revenue targets.
Required profile
- Proven experience selling SaaS or software‑led products to mid‑market customers.
- Track record of generating new business and closing net‑new logos.
- Highly motivated, resilient and willing to take calculated risks.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Required skills
- Salesforce or similar CRM proficiency.
- Strong presentation and storytelling abilities.
