About the role
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at our vibrant Vietnamese restaurant in Calgary. The successful candidate will ensure smooth service, maintain high standards, and foster a positive team environment.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate and plan daily restaurant operations.
- Recruit, schedule, and train staff members.
- Enforce provincial liquor legislation and health & safety regulations.
- Organize and maintain inventory, and negotiate with suppliers.
- Participate in marketing initiatives and implement plans.
- Address customer complaints, provide excellent service, and uphold quality standards.
Required profile
- Dependable, flexible, organized, and a strong team player.
- Excellent oral communication and multitasking abilities.
- 2 to less than 3 years of relevant experience.
