Restaurant Host – Guest Services

About the role

As a Host at Olive Garden, you are the first point of contact for guests, creating a warm and welcoming first impression. You will guide guests to their tables, manage seating flow, and ensure a clean and safe dining environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as they enter the restaurant.
• Manage guest flow, table turns, and seating assignments.
• Maintain clean and sanitized host stations and menus.
• Answer phone calls courteously and respond to guest inquiries.
• Maintain and manage the wait list, providing updates to guests.
• Offer a friendly farewell and thank guests for their visit.
