Remote Management Consultant (Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a remote Management Consultant on a contract basis to help us turn real workplace communications into actionable insights for AI evaluation. You will work with authentic Slack, email, and internal documents to build realistic business scenarios.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze authentic workplace communications (Slack, email, internal files) to extract actionable insights and context.
• Identify key decisions, action items, dependencies, and unresolved issues within fragmented business information.
• Synthesize diverse sources into complex, realistic tasks that reflect real‑world business scenarios for evaluating AI agents.
• Create clear prompts and evaluation rubrics based on provided business materials.
• Distinguish relevant from irrelevant information across evolving business contexts and workflows.
• Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive workplace data.

Required profile

• Expertise in at least one workplace domain such as management, operations, marketing, sales, engineering, or general startup/business operations.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interpret complex workplace exchanges.
• Proven ability to connect information across multiple sources and timelines.
• Experience working with unstructured or messy business data and extracting actionable knowledge.
• Strong judgment in resolving ambiguities and assessing information relevance.
