About the role
Join Sentrex Health Solutions as a Remote Administrative Assistant supporting the Patient Support Program. You will provide comprehensive clerical assistance, ensure accurate data entry, and help maintain smooth communication across the team.
Key responsibilities
- Provide cross‑coverage administrative support for all areas of the Patient Support Program, including safety data processing, fulfillment reviews, and internal/external communications.
- Enter and maintain high‑quality data in database systems and manage inbound faxes, emails, and mail.
- Prepare and distribute program letters, materials, and reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and handle ad‑hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
- Report Adverse Events/Severe Adverse Events following approved SOPs and complete required reports such as timesheets, expenses, and mileage.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to support team members across various functions.
