Regional Brand Manager – Western Canada

About the role

The Regional Brand Manager will grow Moroccanoil’s presence in the professional market across Western Canada. Working closely with multiple distributors, the role focuses on expanding the professional hair colour line as well as the full retail and body collections. The manager acts as the brand ambassador, building strong relationships with salon owners, stylists and distributor teams.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and implement initiatives to generate sales and achieve sales goals.
• Deliver Moroccanoil key messages, philosophies and product knowledge at monthly sales meetings and through regular communications.
• Develop the professional hair colour collection throughout the territory.
• Drive sell‑through of monthly promotions with sales consultants, stores and salons.
• Coordinate education, tradeshows, events and sales/marketing initiatives.
• Analyze data to identify strategic opportunities within geographic regions and salons.
• Ensure marketing material is up‑to‑date, available and used appropriately.
• Collect and share competitive and market data.
• Enforce merchandising standards in salons and professional stores.
• Build relationships with trend‑setting and prestige salons.
• Prepare a bimonthly recap/report of the territory.
