AI‑Focused Digital Marketing Lead

About the role

Jointly is a fast‑growing legal‑tech startup that offers online prenuptial, postnuptial and cohabitation agreements for Canadian couples. We are looking for an AI‑obsessed Digital Marketing Lead who will own and accelerate our multi‑channel acquisition strategy while leveraging generative AI to maximise efficiency and creative output.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a data‑driven digital marketing plan across SEO, Google Ads, paid and organic social, email and SMS.
• Build custom GPT and Claude workflows to automate keyword research, content brief creation, ad‑creative generation and performance reporting.
• Integrate AI tools with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make or n8n to streamline repetitive marketing tasks.
• Produce competitor analyses and market insights in minutes using AI‑enhanced research.
• Collaborate directly with the founders to refine brand messaging and communicate the lawyer‑designed value proposition.

Required profile

• Passionate about AI and proven ability to embed generative‑AI tools into everyday marketing processes.
• Hands‑on experience running performance campaigns on Google and major social platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on ROI and growth metrics.
• Self‑starter who thrives in a startup environment and can operate with minimal resources.
