About the role

Pacific Cove Properties is expanding its Vancouver Island portfolio and seeks experienced property management professionals to oversee residential rental communities. The role focuses on delivering high-quality resident experiences while maintaining operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations and performance of residential properties across Vancouver Island.
• Foster positive resident experiences through effective communication, responsiveness, and relationship management.
• Maintain presentation, organization, and operational standards of assigned properties.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for maintenance and operational needs.
• Collaborate with on-site teams and leadership, providing guidance and promoting a service-driven culture.
• Assist with leasing activities, tenancy coordination, resident communications, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and residential tenancy regulations.
• Address operational and resident concerns calmly and propose practical solutions.
