Project Manager – Enterprise ERP Transformation

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead large‑scale enterprise ERP transformation initiatives. This remote contract position will involve steering complex projects, coordinating cross‑functional teams, and working closely with senior leadership to ensure successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of enterprise ERP implementation and transformation projects.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and overall project governance.
• Partner with executive leadership and senior business stakeholders to align goals and priorities.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including business, technology, operations, and external vendors.
• Drive project planning activities such as status reporting, RAID logs, resource planning, and milestone tracking.
• Facilitate executive steering committee meetings and provide regular leadership updates.
• Ensure effective change management, stakeholder engagement, and project adoption.
• Identify risks early and develop proactive mitigation strategies.

Required profile

• 7+ years of project management experience leading enterprise‑scale technology initiatives.
• Proven track record delivering large ERP implementation or transformation projects.
• Strong experience working with senior executives and business leaders.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP certification is an asset.
