Project Manager – Commercial Construction & Renovation

About the role

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Manager with solid experience in commercial construction and renovation. You will act as the primary client liaison, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Apply best practices in commercial construction and renovation project management.
• Manage stakeholders including clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
• Lead design, pre‑construction and construction meetings.
• Maintain quality control and enforce established processes.
• Prepare execution reports with scheduling, progress metrics and KPIs.
• Oversee financial, schedule and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Analyse cost estimates, bids and change orders, providing recommendations to clients.
• Handle change‑order impact assessments and approvals.
• Ensure compliance with permits, standards and contractual obligations.
• Plan commissioning, close‑out activities, final inspections and hand‑over documentation.

Required profile

• A degree in business management, construction management, engineering, project management or a related technical field.
• Two to five years of post‑graduate project management experience in commercial construction or renovation.
