Project Coordinator – Integrated Project Services

About the role

The Integrated Project Services (IPS) team is looking for a Project Coordinator to support project delivery, estimating, supply‑chain and project controls. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will help keep projects organized, documented and aligned with approved plans, schedules and governance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Project and Construction Managers with day‑to‑day execution, progress tracking, schedule updates, cost and production reporting.
• Maintain project records, including change notices, site instructions and field documentation.
• Coordinate estimating inputs, RFQs and data collection for new opportunities and support hand‑over to project teams.
• Support procurement activities for materials, equipment and subcontractors, tracking pricing, vendor responses and procurement status.
• Enter cost tracking, forecasting and reporting data into ERP systems such as Viewpoint.
• Develop and maintain project dashboards, reporting tools and program/MSA tracking outputs.
• Facilitate meetings, documentation and communication across IPS teams and external stakeholders.
• Identify and escalate coordination gaps, ensure data integrity and support onboarding and administrative tasks.

Required profile

• 2–6 years of experience in project coordination, construction support or a similar role.
• Post‑secondary education in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering or a related field (preferred).
• Strong understanding of project workflows including scheduling, cost tracking, procurement and documentation.
