Project Analyst – PMO & Risk Management

About the role

The Project Analyst will support the Project Management Office (PMO) in designing, developing and implementing project initiatives for our Alberta operations. You will ensure schedules, budgets and risk controls are maintained while providing analytical insight to drive decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Support the creation and execution of project plans, monitor timelines, costs and quality metrics.
• Analyze data to identify risks, propose mitigation strategies and track risk registers.
• Provide administrative support to project teams, prioritize activities and maintain project documentation.
• Assist in budgeting, cost estimation and monthly financial forecasting in collaboration with finance.
• Attend and represent Corporate Operations in inter‑departmental meetings, gathering information to ensure alignment.
• Incorporate quality standards into deliverables and review client‑facing documents for completeness.

Required profile

• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment; aerospace experience is a plus.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project management theories, financial and contracting principles, and data‑gathering techniques.
• Ability to formulate processes, assess progress against goals and present recommendations.
