Product Education & Community Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Product Education & Community Lead to become the go‑to expert on Siena’s AI‑driven CX platform. You will translate deep product knowledge into engaging, retainable content for customers, sales teams, and internal staff, while building a vibrant community around our technology.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive product education materials (demos, workshops, docs, videos, certification paths) that simplify complex AI features.
• Design and execute sales enablement assets, including demo libraries, objection‑handling scripts, and vertical‑specific presentations.
• Create and manage the Siena Academy curriculum, certifications, and learning pathways for both public and private audiences.
• Define and streamline the customer onboarding journey from contract signing to first value, ensuring repeatable and fast delivery.
• Lead internal training programs for new hires and product releases, delivering learning moments within 48 hours of launch.
• Build and nurture community initiatives such as AI Labs and Siena Renaissance to foster user collaboration and advocacy.

Required profile

• Proven ability to become a product expert quickly and convey complex concepts in clear, teachable formats.
• Experience turning product features into sellable units and supporting sales teams to close deals.
• Track record of establishing and growing professional communities or user groups.
• Comfort working in a fast‑moving AI/ SaaS environment with a hands‑on, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for education and customer success.
