About the role

Join a locally owned Pharmaprix store and provide prompt, friendly postal services to customers in your community. As a Post Office Clerk you will be the face of the outlet, ensuring smooth transactions and a welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver superior customer service by greeting shoppers, scanning items, and handling cash, coupons, lottery tickets and PC Optimum transactions.
• Maintain a neat, organized checkout area and ensure accurate product data entry.
• Process receipts, returns and documentation for mailed goods.
• Merchandise designated areas, including facing, signing and labeling of products.
• Follow loss‑prevention standards and control cash, lottery and stamp inventory.
• Uphold uniform and dress‑code policies, comply with health and safety regulations, and perform general housekeeping duties.

Required profile

• Strong planning, judgement and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to balance teamwork with efficient order processing.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and capable of maintaining neat workspaces.
• Experience with computer and register systems in a retail environment.
