Physician Reviewer (MD/DO) – Remote

About the role

This remote contractor position offers licensed physicians a unique chance to apply their clinical expertise to the evaluation and improvement of advanced medical reasoning models. You will work on a flexible schedule, contributing to high‑impact AI projects that directly affect patient safety and care quality.

Key responsibilities

• Assess model outputs for clinical accuracy, diagnostic reasoning, and alignment with established medical standards.
• Score case‑based diagnoses, care recommendations, and clinical logic against expert judgment.
• Write structured, detailed feedback on safety, clarity, and clinical rigor.
• Identify and flag failure modes that have meaningful patient‑safety implications.
• Collaborate asynchronously with research teams to drive measurable model improvements.

Required profile

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school with active or recent clinical practice.
• Background in one or more specialties such as Primary Care, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Cardiology, Nephrology, Psychiatry, Anesthesiology, Critical Care, Occupational Medicine, or Public Health.
• Strong diagnostic‑reasoning skills and a systematic, detail‑oriented approach.
• Clear, precise written communication and ability to produce structured clinical feedback.
• Capacity to work independently and manage flexible, part‑time hours.
