Pharmacist – Grace Hospital Pharmacy Liaison

About the role

The Winnipeg Regional Health Authority is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join the Grace Hospital Pharmacy team. Reporting to the Pharmacy Manager, you will support medication management for both in‑patients and out‑patients across a variety of shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pharmacy services, including dispensing, pharmacotherapy monitoring, and drug information.
• Deliver education to healthcare staff and patients on medication use.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective medication therapy.
• Maintain accurate medication records and support the hospital’s pharmacy computer systems.
• Participate in on‑call and standby coverage as required.

Required profile

• Entry‑to‑practice pharmacy degree from an accredited Canadian university or equivalent international credential approved by the College of Pharmacists of Manitoba.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Manitoba.
• Previous experience in a hospital pharmacy setting is preferred.
• Completion of a hospital residency program is an asset.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
